Sarah shared the good news with me - congrats! I'm not going to be bitter that mine has been on the market for 5 months...but only because we got a contract on Saturday. J/K - I am happy for you. We'll be homeless come the end of April too! I'd suggest we find a place under a bridge downtown to share, but I'm not sure you want to be with my kids that much, cute as they are...
LADY! I'm so excited to hear that! Although, I'm also sad to see the sweet house go!
